All refunds on Kasa Kai — whether from game cancellations, player withdrawals, or a payment that went through without securing a spot — are credited to your in-app wallet, not to your original payment method or bank account.
Wallet Top-Up Refunds
Once funds have been successfully added to your Kasa Kai wallet, they are non-refundable to your bank account. Wallet credits remain available for use on the platform indefinitely.
Paying for a Game
Game fees are paid from your Kasa Kai wallet. If your balance does not cover the booking, you are asked to add the difference to your wallet first — so a ₹995 game against an ₹823 balance asks you to add ₹172 — and the booking is then paid for from the wallet in the same step. You may add more than the booking needs; the extra stays in your wallet.
Money you add goes into your wallet, not to a specific game. Your spot is confirmed only once the money is in your wallet and a place is still available. Spots are not held while you add money, so another player can take the last one while your payment is in progress.
A recharge made this way is an ordinary wallet top-up: any recharge offer running at the time applies to it, and Section 01 governs it thereafter.
Game Cancellation Refunds
If an organiser cancels a game, all registered players receive a full refund credited to their Kasa Kai wallet within minutes of the cancellation.
Player Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your registration before the game takes place, your registration fee is refunded to your wallet. The refund amount is subject to the organiser's cancellation policy for that specific game.
Organisers may set a cancellation fee that applies only close to kick-off. Cancelling before that window is always a full refund. Inside it, the fee applies per slot you give up — so cancelling with two guests means the fee is charged three times — and it can never exceed what you actually paid.
The exact amount is shown to you before you confirm, never after. The net amount is credited to your wallet immediately.
You are not charged a cancellation fee when: you cancel within the organiser's free-change window just after joining; the game is cancelled; or the organiser moves the kick-off time or switches the format after you joined. If a game is called off after you had already cancelled and paid the fee, that fee is returned to your wallet.
No Cash Withdrawals
Kasa Kai wallet balances cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account under normal circumstances. All refunds are credited to your in-app wallet only.

Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund has not been credited correctly, contact us within 7 days at contact@kasakai.in with your registered phone number and transaction details. We will respond within 3 business days.
